​By purchasing artwork, commissioning a custom piece, or engaging in a collaboration with Mali Isabel Art, you agree to the following terms:

• Respect for cultural sensitivity: As an Aboriginal artist, Mali Isabel’s work is deeply rooted in cultural significance. Clients must respect the cultural heritage of the artwork and not use it inappropriately. 

• Service refusal: Mali Isabel reserves the right to refuse service at any point if it compromises her artistic integrity, cultural values, or does not align with her vision, the client or collaborator engages in disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour or the collaboration does not meet the ethical or creative standards Mali upholds in her work.

• Artwork Display: Clients are encouraged to display and use their purchased artwork in ways that promote respect and understanding of Aboriginal culture.

• Violation of Policies: Any breach of these policies may result in legal action to protect the rights of Mali Isabel and her artwork.
